Physical Therapist | Part
-Time Pilot Program | Bemidji, MN
- Build and sustain relationships with key client stakeholders
- Educate client contacts on OSSPT role in injury prevention/management and its impact on client outcomes as determined by the Account Manager
- As applicable, attend and participate in regularly cadencedmeetings with the client and any appropriate client representatives
- Foster long-term partnerships by exceeding client expectations to ensure high retention rate
- Track time utilization and report data as needed to meet client needs and KPIs
- Provide timely documentation of all employee/patient interactions
- Maintain strong, ongoing communication with the client’semployees, and the HR, Safety, and Wellness team members
- Communicate effectively and professionally with theclient’s HR, Safety, Wellness team members and employees to serve the needs of the client and their workers
- Schedule, perform and document evaluation and follow up appointments for employees presenting with occupational and non-occupational issues and injuries
- Develop and implement proactive injury prevention programsbased on the client’s needs, which could include, depending upon the workplace, stretch programming,new hire education, body mechanics training, educational presentations or other preventionprograms as created with the Account Manager or
- Perform, as needed, functional job assessments, ergonomicworkstation assessments and
- Complete all required internal team meetings as outlined inplaybook, internal documents, etc
Competencies:
- Through training, have and maintain thorough understanding of OSHA guidelines relating to recordable injuries and the worker’s compensation process
- Participate in onboarding and onsite training to ensureunderstanding and proficiency of On-Site Solutions Physical Therapy practices
- Experience working with a wide range of patientinjuries/issues
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge throughattending educational workshops, reviewing
- Current Physical Therapy license for state of operation ingood standing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (with AED)
