Responsibilities- Assisting with the design, development, and implementation of recruiting strategies to achieve needed fulfillment expectations
- Acting as Kelly brand ambassador through the development of relationships with our clients, community outreach organizations and educational centers
- Handling full cycle recruitment and onboarding functions for the area
- Attending scheduled job fairs and/or recruiting events
- 1+ years of recruiting, onboarding, or human resources experience
- Excellent verbal and written communicator
- Customer service focus
- MS Office to include Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Valid United States Driver’s License in good standing is required
- Ability to travel up to 20-30% locally to hiring, recruiting, school, talent, and other position-applicable events are also required
Candidates must have the ability to work full time onsite at the Kelly Education Office Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.
Base pay for this position is $51,300 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
