A leading manufacturer is seeking an experienced IT Analyst II to join their growing technology team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands‑on environment, enjoys solving problems across the business, and has deep expertise with Epicor ERP
.

• Serve as the internal expert for Epicor ERP
  , supporting users across operations, finance, supply chain, and production.
• Lead troubleshooting, system configuration, upgrades, and functional support.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into ERP enhancements.
• Develop, document, and improve processes, dashboards, and reports.
• Support additional IT systems including SQL, reporting tools, hardware, and general application support.

• Strong, hands‑on Epicor experience is required — ideally 3+ years supporting Epicor in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Epicor modules such as Production, Inventory, Supply Chain, Finance, or MES.
• Ability to perform system administration, create BAQs/BPMs, and support customizations.
• Solid understanding of SQL, databases, and reporting tools.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to support end users and collaborate across teams.
• Problem‑solver who takes ownership and works independently.
