The Marketing Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of client account management and project workflows. This position oversees a team of Marketing Strategists and Account Managers, optimizing processes to improve efficiency, drive results, and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership & Management
    • Oversee and support Marketing Strategists and Account Managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
    • Ensure alignment between strategy, execution, and client expectations.
    • Foster a collaborative and high‑performing team culture.
  • Client Project & Process Optimization
    • Manage the workflow of marketing projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and client objectives are met.
    • Streamline processes and implement best practices to improve operational efficiency.
    • Monitor project performance and troubleshoot bottlenecks.
  • Strategic Oversight
    • Collaborate with leadership to refine marketing strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.
    • Provide insights into campaign performance and recommend optimizations.
    • Maintain a high‑level view of ongoing campaigns, ensuring strategic consistency across accounts.
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication
    • Serve as an escalation point for account‑related challenges and client concerns.
    • Work closely with clients to ensure deliverables meet expectations and drive results.
    • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth transition between strategy, execution, and reporting.
  • Performance & Reporting
    • Track key performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
    • Identify areas for process improvement and implement data‑driven solutions.
    • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of project progress.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or account management.
  • Proven experience leading and managing teams in a fast‑paced agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies, client management, and workflow optimization.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data‑driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and CRM platforms.
