The Role
Regional Property Manager
We’re seeking an experienced, motivated, and strategic Regional Property Manager to lead and oversee property functions within our growing portfolio. This role will involve both independent decision‑making and collaboration with company executives to drive both short‑ and long‑term goals. As our organization expands, this role will have the opportunity to manage new property acquisitions and play a pivotal part in our growth.

We’re seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee assigned properties, ensuring high service standards and adherence to policies. You’ll collaborate with the Community Manager and Leasing Consultants to drive occupancy, manage tenant relations, and support property preservation efforts. As an Regional Property Manager
, you will:
- Oversee the financial, operational, and resident satisfaction performance across the property portfolio.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement sales, financial, marketing, and service strategies.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial budgeting, analysis, and reporting.
- Hire, develop, and manage site personnel to ensure high‑performing teams.
- Set performance metrics for both teams and properties to drive success.
- Establish and enforce policies and procedures, with clear communication and consistent follow‑up.
- Negotiate and manage third‑party vendor contracts to ensure the best value and service.
- Manage the growth of the property management division, including future acquisitions.
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain market‑ready conditions.
- Ensure adherence to all policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance, including Fair Housing and OSHA laws.
- Continuously improve property management systems, processes, and procedures to uphold high standards.
- Work with executive leadership to enhance profitability and operational efficiency of the property portfolio.
