Starting Pay : $17.50/hr to $18.50/hr
Essential Functions: The operator’s primary responsibility is molding quality parts to support the Company mission “To deliver exceptional services, engineered solutions and quality products on time.”
- Efficiently and accurately read and follow work instructions
- Review Work Order
- Operate press to produce molded parts
- Follow Operator Instructions for the specific part criteria including performing quality checks, and any required SPC as directed by team leader.
- Visually inspect each molded part.
- Clip and trim molded parts.
- Pack molded part in boxes.
- Advise next operator of any information about press or molded parts.
- Follow all safety guidelines and rules
- Follow written work procedures
- Maintain a clean and organize work area
