The Digital Team is at the forefront of establishing lululemon across APAC. We aim to provide a world class digital experience online for our guests (across all platforms), helping to inspire and enable them to live a life they love through rich content, amazing experiences, and great product. Reporting directly to the Korea Ecommerce Manager, the Ecommerce Lead has a vital role in elevating online guest journey and conversion via managing content and products on the .KR brand site. This role will sit in the Korea SSC based in Seoul (hybrid).

A day in the life
  • Lead campaign planning and execution for .KR brand site
  • Plan weekly and quarterly campaigns
  • Identifies product buys, inventory, sales trend, and brand moments
  • Identifies creative assets that speak to target demographic
  • Updates website content to execute campaigns
  • Updates the campaign calendar based on Regional and local planning
  • Manages on-site journeys and liaises with key stakeholders and content operations to collect assets, manage process flow, and implement campaigns including copywriting, content upload, merchandising, and QA
  • Drive the localization of our ecommerce presence in Korea. This includes creation of future sites and content storytelling
  • Produces weekly/monthly reports on performance with immediate actions and future recommendations
  • Regularly reviews competitive landscape for features and trends as they relate to best practices for online content + merchandising
  • Performs ad hoc site content updates for urgent business notices affecting guest experience
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in e-commerce or related spaces
  • Strong understanding of guest journeys and capabilities of e-commerce platform
  • Experience in relevant merchandising or website content management experience (e.g., Salesforce, Contentful)
  • Fluency in English and Korean to work across Region and Global teams.
  • Understanding of Korea digital/eCommerce landscape & trend
  • Experience working with analytical tools and CMS is an advantage
  • Attention to details and organized
  • Ability to multi-task and manage various campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills and collaboration skills across multiple cross function teams
