Beltrami Electric Cooperative is seeking a highly skilled, motivated and exceptional communicator.
This position is responsible for managing the cooperative's communications, public relations, community engagement, and member outreach programs while supporting crisis communication efforts and key organizational events.

- * Newsletter and publication management
- * Public relations and media relations
- * Event planning and coordination
- * Community outreach and member engagement
- * Crisis and emergency communications
- * Research and implementation of new public relations initiatives
- * Relationship building and public speaking
- * Bachelors degree or certificate from college or technical school in communications, public relations, marketing or similar related field required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- * At least one to two years experience preferred.
- * Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams, members, and community.
The starting hourly range for this position is $29.44 - $42.05. The final compensation offered will be based on the candidates qualifications, experience and skill level.
