Lance Soft is seeking a travel nurse RN Clinic for a travel nursing job in Bemidji, Minnesota.

Position Type: 13 Weeks (40 Hours Expected)
Shift: Days – 5x8 Hour Shifts (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) or 4x10 Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
Weekly Pay Package:
W2 Wage (RT+OT based on expected hrs): $1,560.00
Nontaxable Weekly Per Diem: $1,246.00
Total Weekly Gross Pay Package: $2,806.00

Experience & Licensure- Experience:
Minimum 2 years RN experience in ambulatory clinic required; EPIC experience with in-basket and triage functions required;
Specialty clinic experience (Infectious Disease, Pulmonology, etc.) preferred - Licensure:
Active Minnesota RN License required - Certifications:
BLS (AHA) required - Skills Required:
Strong triage and assessment skills; ability to work independently; coaching/mentorship skills; familiarity with multi-specialty clinic workflows
- Provide clinical oversight for specialty clinics including Infectious Disease, Nephrology, Pulmonology, Endocrinology, Rheumatology, Pain Management, and Neurology
- Serve as backup triage RN (phone and in-person) for Main Clinic
- Perform EKGs, blood glucose monitoring, pulmonary function testing, nebulizer treatments, oxygen therapy, spirometry, and peak flow monitoring
- Support insulin pump and CGM downloads; provide insulin administration and patient education
- Assist with therapy plan navigation in EPIC and coordinate with Infusion Center
- Conduct pain assessments, wound care, medication administration, and specialty patient education
- Support workflow standardization and mentor clinical staff
- Assist with onboarding and training of incoming RN toward end of contract
- EPIC (required – in-basket & triage functions)

- Insulin pump & CGM downloads
- Telehealth platform (Tyto Care)
- No routine floating; may assist with ambulatory triage coverage
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week
