Based in Bemidji with travel to other locations, you will:

• Manage and schedule visits, traveling within the community to provide personalized, one-on-one nursing services in patients’ homes.

• Clinical supervision and mentorship: guide and inspire caregivers to adhere to care plans with dedication and integrity.
