The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional nursing care for residents of all ages in assisted living, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. The LPN demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise, utilizing age- and population-specific standards related to residents' physical and psychosocial needs as per the care plan. The LPN must possess the ability to perform testing to evaluate data reflective of the resident's status and to provide the care needed, recognize problems, recommend solutions, and respond effectively to assist in an emergent situation.

The LPN ensures the health, comfort and safety of residents, contributes to their assessment, administers medications or treatments as ordered, provides technical support to healthcare professionals as needed, documents resident interactions and outcomes, establishes effective working relationships, communicates clearly, maintains confidentiality, counsels residents and families, and performs other related duties as assigned.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program leading to licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Current licensure as a practical nurse in the state(s) of practice.
• Long‑term care, sub‑acute care, or medical/surgical experience preferred.

Salary: $27.32 - $34.84 per hour, with a $3.00 premium added to each hour worked and a $12,000 bonus eligible for employees. Shift: 8 hour night shift;
Full‑time, 32 hours weekly.
