Sanford Health, the largest rural health system in the United States, is recruiting a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Med/Surg/Ortho team.

Salary Range – $38.73 to $58.33 per hour.

Join a dynamic multidisciplinary care team where you will work alongside physicians, therapists, case managers and support staff.

• Collaborate with inter‑professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Demonstrate competency within the full scope of nursing expertise and apply appropriate age and population‑specific standards as designated in the clinical setting.
• Provide care in all phases of preventive care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up as patients progress along the continuum of care.
• Plan and coordinate care, conduct patient assessments, provide patient education, triage, and perform various nursing interventions.
• Operate within the scope and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act, Administrative Rules, and state licensure requirements.
• Adopt the Sanford Professional Nursing Practice standards, including the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses with Interpretive Statements as published by the American Nurses Association.

• Bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state or states of practice.
• Certification may be required depending on specialty or service area.
• Additional education, training or experience may be required for specific services or positions.
• Telephone nursing practice requires licensure in the states where the patients being served reside.
