The Behavioral Health Hospital’s Registered Nurse (RN) team delivers high‑impact care in a crisis center located in northern Minnesota. Work Shift:

12‑hour varied shifts (United States). Scheduled weekly hours: 36. Compensation:
Salary range: $38.73 – $58.33 (BSN $39.57 – $58.33; ADN $38.73 – $57.45). Union position:

• Utilize the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation—to provide individualized nursing care to patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and other inter‑professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide care across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up as patients move along the continuum of care.
• Coordinate patient assessment, education, triage, and other nursing interventions.
• Practice within the scope and standards of nursing practice as outlined in state practice and licensure regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred.
• Current licensed Registered Nurse in Minnesota.
