Job SummaryUnder the direction of the Health Services Coordinator, camp nurses will provide care to individual staff and campers.

- Collaborate with Concordia Language Villages Health Services Coordinator & Village Deans to provide for the healthcare needs of staff and children
- Use an electronic medical records system to enter and maintain the health records of the Village
- Supervise Village’s Health Interns/Health Center Assistant (HCA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), and/or Village First Aider
- Collaborate with program staff to provide a safe and healthy environment for program participants
- Adapt to constantly changing environment with flexibility and a problem‑solving style
- Communicate with parents/guardians about updates to their children’s health as needed
- Supervise distribution of medication to staff and villagers
- Demonstrate understanding of youth mental, emotional, and social health needs
Minimum Qualifications
- LPN, RN, NP, MA, PA, DO, or MD (current MN Licensure)
- CPR Certified and experience in First Aid
- Ability to use technology including electronic medical records system, email and virtual conferencing software
