• Compensation: $32.60 – $48.65 per hour
• Sign on Bonus: up to $20,000 for eligible applicants

• Department Details:
  Float between various departments, gaining experience in diverse areas of expertise in the Bemidji area

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to patients
• Coordinate care, perform patient assessment, provide patient education, triage patients, and perform various other nursing interventions
• Collaborate with inter‑professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise and appropriate age and population‑specific standards in the assigned clinical setting
• Operate within the scopes and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and administrative rules in the state of practice and licensure
• Adhere to the Sanford Professional Nursing Practice standards and the Code of Ethics for Nurses with interpretive statements published by the American Nurses Association

• Graduate from a school or college of nursing
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred
• Completed a pre‑licensure nursing program with supervised clinical experience across the lifespan or, alternatively, have at least 400 hours of RN (or LPN) experience at another facility
• Hold current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state(s) of practice
• Certification may be required depending on specialty or service area
