American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility position requiring 1 year of experience and a Minnesota RN license.
Requirements- Active MN RN license required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
- Valid driver's license required for consideration
- Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months worked and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years worked, including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire
- Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility (post-acute) setting with 78 beds
- General LTC population with some short-term care patients
- Patient ratios of 1:20 days/evenings and 1:40 nights
- Uses EPIC and Matrix EMR systems
- Evening shifts including 3pm-11:30pm and 7pm-7:30am rotations
- Weekend requirement of at least every other weekend
- Half of holidays required
- 13-week assignment at 40 hours per week
- Provide nursing care to long-term care and short-term rehabilitation patients
- Facility-specific orientation provided
- No on-call or call-back requirements
- Local candidates accepted at a lower rate
- Candidates residing within 80 miles of the facility are considered local rate
