• Department:
  Monday through Friday day hours. Repair and replace vinyl wall covering as well as dry wall repair. Sand and stain doors.

• Responsible for removal and installation of wall vinyl, paint, casework finish, and wall hangings required for wall finishing projects.
• Apply paint, paste, casework finish, and wall finish product applications.
• Perform small wall patching repair.
• Assist other Construction Services trades to complete construction projects as needed.
• Utilize various machines/equipment such as paint sprayers, vinyl machine, and basic tools.
• Work on high equipment such as lifts, ladders, etc.
• Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Maintain flexibility with indoor and outdoor working conditions.
• Keep in compliance with the Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA).
• Travel may be required (estimated 10%).

• Trade school, vocational school or apprenticeship in interior finish related field preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in commercial wall finish and repair preferred.
• When applicable, may need a valid driver's license and must maintain a good driving record.
