Water Technician Opportunity in Northern Minnesota
Doherty Staffing Solutions is currently partnering with a leading home services company in Bemidji, MN. We are seeking candidates for Water Technician roles. Compensation for this direct hire opportunity is $19.00-$22.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Interested? Get more details below!
What you will do as a Water Technician:
- Perform emergency services and stabilization
- Perform light construction demo upon approval
- Set up air movers and/or dehumidifiers and monitor drying process daily
- Perform hard surface cleaning
- Follow repair plans to meet the needs of clients
- Perform Board Up and Tarp Off Services
- Understand and maintain knowledge of the Service Master Qualified Restoration Vendor (QRV) Program
- Keep on schedule with daily uploads and readings regarding the drying of each project’s structure
- Gather/document working photos to include a) prior to work b) during work c) after work
- Ensure that all paperwork is completed and signed by each insured
- Collect and properly label ITEL samples
What you need to be a Water Technician:
- Ability to work and lead efficiently and effectively in a team environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer service ability – going above and beyond to provide “high touch” service to our clients
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Strength in multi-tasking and prioritizing
- Willingness to work in all types of conditions (hot, cold, wet, dusty, etc.)
