Marathon Staffing seeks General Labor associates to support client sites in the Administrative & Support & Waste Management industry. You'll follow safety procedures, take direction from supervisors, and help keep operations running smoothly. Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, and material handling
• Maintain clean and safe work areas following company and client safety rules
• Assist with basic equipment setup, operation, and cleanup as directed
• Follow written and verbal instructions from supervisors and team leads
• Inspect materials or work area and report issues or hazards promptly
• Support multiple tasks as assigned to meet daily production goals
• Use basic hand tools and supplies safely and correctly
• Complete required checklists or simple documentation for tasks
