- Diagnose and repair air conditioning and heating system issues
- Perform HVAC inspections, service calls, and maintenance work
- Troubleshoot system performance, airflow, electrical, refrigerant, and mechanical problems
- Communicate repair options clearly and professionally to customers
- Complete work accurately, safely, and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle
- Follow company procedures for service, documentation, and customer care
- Represent Champion Mechanical with professionalism on every job
Qualified applicants should have hands‑on HVAC service experience and the ability to work independently in the field.
- Experience diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean and professional appearance
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions
- Ability to lift equipment, climb ladders, and work safely on job sites
- Dependable work ethic and team‑first attitude
- EPA certification preferred
- NATE certification a plus
- Excellent pay
