• Work directly with partners and leadership on client engagements
• Provide high-quality tax preparation, planning, and advisory services
• Build meaningful relationships with privately held businesses and individuals
• Take ownership of your work while being supported by an experienced team

• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations
• Assist with tax planning strategies and projections
• Collaborate with partners on advisory engagements
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Mentor and support staff accountants and interns

• Experience: 3+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Experience with 1040, 1065, and 1120/1120S returns and projections
• Licensure: Active CPA license preferred
• Client Focus: Experience working with privately held businesses and individuals
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work directly with clients and partners
• Team Mindset: Collaborative, proactive, and eager to contribute
