Client Accounting Services - Manager

Jones & Roth is seeking an experienced CAAS Accountant to support small- to mid-size business clients across the firm, with a strong connection to the Central Oregon business community.

This role blends full-cycle accounting, technology, and advisory services—helping clients improve financial visibility, streamline processes, and make better decisions.

What You’ll DoManage full-cycle accounting, including payroll and month-end close

Deliver timely financial reporting with insights and recommendations

Build and maintain KPIs and dashboards using Syft Provide financial oversight and review of client accounting

Improve processes, workflows, and internal controls

Support cloud-based systems (Quick Books Online and integrated apps)
Assist with budgeting, cash flow tracking, and forecasting

Identify trends and communicate actionable insights

Supervise staff and interns

What You Bring Full cycle accounting experience (including payroll)
Strong Quick Books Online skills (certification preferred)

Experience with cloud-based accounting tools;
Syft or similar a plus Ability to develop and track KPIs and financial metrics

Process-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail

Excellent communication and client relationship skills

Experience reviewing work and supporting team development

Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple clients
