Position
Summary
We are seeking a qualified full-time Senior Accountant / Controller to join our innovative administrative team in our office in Bend, OR. The Senior Accountant / Controller will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Coordinating Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory, Cash Management, Equipment and Job Cost functions and standard protocols.Reviewing accounting procedures to provide maximum efficiency and accuracy of transactions.Preparing and reviewing monthly financial statements and presenting to the management team.Preparing and reviewing work papers and entries for month end close and reconciling general ledger accounts.Performing financial analysis to identify and recommend operating efficiencies to management.Ensuring customers are provided with timely and accurate invoicing and assistance.Working with the ERP system (construction software package Viewpoint) to provide information for the business to operate efficiently.Working closely with the management on contract and subcontract administration.Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.Cross-train in other areas of business as needed.Work on special projects and prepare ad hoc reports and analysis as needed.Benefits
