- Able to confidently manage tax and accounting projects without constant help
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a team‑first mindset
- CPA or EA license or Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Actively use all available tools (tax research software, AI, Google) to solve problems independently
- Comfortable adopting new technology and changing processes
