Other duties include using Kendall computer systems to document estimates and work done, scheduling appointments, and keeping customer information up to date.
Working conditions are primarily indoors and in a shop environment, may spending 50% of work shift working with PCs and telephones, lifting or carrying up to 40lbs occasionally required to deliver parts to technicians. A valid driver license and good driving record is required.

Requirements
This is not an entry level position; previous experience as a technician, service advisor, or other related field required. A valid driver license and acceptable driving record required.
