Responsibilities
In this position you will be interfacing between clients, technicians, and insurers to ensure vehicles are repaired properly, with accurate estimates. Other duties include using Kendall computer systems to document estimates and work done, scheduling appointments, and keeping customer information up to date.
QualificationsPrevious experience as a technician, service advisor, or other related field is required. Experience must include superior communication skills, ability to explain technical information in non‑technical terms to clients, computer literacy, and knowledge of auto repair.
A valid driver license and an acceptable driving record are required.
Working ConditionsWork is primarily indoors and in a shop environment, with approximately 50% of the shift spent working with PCs and telephones. Lifting or carrying up to 40 lb occasionally is required.
CompensationPay for this position is based on salary plus commissions. This is not an entry‑level position.
