Highly Motivated Automotive Service Technicians
We are seeking experienced, factory-trained (or factory-trainable) Bumper-to-Bumper Service Technicians who take pride in high-quality work and thrive in a flat-rate environment. If you are efficient, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering strong productivity across diverse repairs, we want you on our team!
Position Highlights- Flat Rate Pay up to $50 per hour for qualified, high-efficiency technicians
- Efficiency bonus plans available.
- Diverse and steady work mix:
Warranty, Customer Pay, and Internal (used car reconditioning) - Modern, well-equipped shop with strong manufacturer support
- Diagnoses issues based on experience, analysis, and testing
- Performs routine service inspections or tests and completes standard maintenance jobs
- Repairs automobiles and light trucks as assigned
- Maintains cleanliness of vehicles while performing service or repairs
- Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards

Requirements- 3+ years of automotive diagnostic experience
- Broad scope of automotive mechanical/electrical knowledge.
- Hyundai diagnostic experience a plus
- Must be a team player & have a great positive attitude
- ASE certifications (or is willing to obtain).
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment, coupled with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Open communication and foster positive relationships with team members and customers alike.
- Hold a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
