Install or service hydraulic and electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering components;
Test and install batteries;
Dismount and remount tire and wheel assemblies, rebalance wheels, and replace/rebuild/calibrate TPMS components;
Use equipment and hand tools to perform tasks;
Test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services;
Provide excellent customer service and refer customers to other qualified employees as needed
