Overview

Payroll Administrator – Bend, OR (Onsite)

Location: Bend, OR (Onsite)
Employment Type: Direct Hire or Contract-to-Hire
Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000
Start Date: Immediate / As soon as available

Position Overview

A growing organization backed by a larger parent company is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to support end-to-end payroll operations for a team of approximately 50 employees
. This is a hands-on, onsite role ideal for a payroll professional with strong ADP Workforce Now experience who can step in quickly and take ownership of payroll processes.

Responsibilities
  • Process accurate and timely payroll for hourly and salaried employees
  • Administer payroll using ADP Workforce Now
  • Manage time and attendance
    , including ADP Essential Time Product
  • Maintain and administer time-off / PTO tracking within ADP Workforce Now
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee payroll-related questions
  • Maintain payroll records and documentation
  • Partner with HR and leadership to support payroll-related initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of payroll administration experience
  • Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (required)
  • Experience with ADP Time & Attendance and Essential Time Product
  • Experience managing time-off modules within ADP Workforce Now
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work onsite in Bend, OR
