We are seeking a Regulatory & Compliance Analyst to support day‑to‑day regulatory and environmental compliance activities in a hands‑on, in‑office role. This position works closely with cross‑functional teams to support compliance efforts, solve practical problems, and ensure our products and operations meet regulatory and environmental requirements. This isn’t a "paper‑pushing" compliance role. You’ll be a trusted partner across Manufacturing, R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams, translating complex regulations into practical, workable solutions that protect people, products, and the planet.

Location: On‑site at our Bend, Oregon headquarters, with periodic domestic and international travel. Reports directly to the Senior Director, Global Regulatory Affairs.

• Support regulatory submissions, registrations, renewals, and documentation for products, ingredients, and manufacturing activities in collaboration with global teams.
• Maintain accurate regulatory records, permits, certifications, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations related to waste management, emissions, chemical handling, and required reporting.
• Support internal and external audits, inspections, and regulatory inquiries, including preparation and follow‑up actions.
• Partner closely with Manufacturing, R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain to embed compliance into processes, procedures, and product development.
• Monitor, interpret, and clearly communicate evolving regulatory and environmental requirements.
• Track regulatory changes and assess potential business impacts, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Help develop training materials and educate employees on regulatory and environmental compliance expectations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen compliance systems, reduce risk, and enhance sustainability performance.

• 2–4 years of experience in regulatory, environmental compliance, EHS, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related discipline.
• Exposure to regulatory frameworks (e.g., EPA, environmental compliance, permitting); hands‑on experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Ability to follow established processes and apply regulatory requirements in day‑to‑day work.
• Comfortable working onsite and collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and follow through with minimal supervision.
