Position Overview
The Project Coordinator, reporting to the Manager, PMO, coordinates Innovation Route to Market (RTM) projects from initial approval through launch across the Tilray Beverage brand portfolio, ensuring stakeholder engagement and timely completion of deliverables.
Key Responsibilities- Support Route to Market project management from approval to launch using established stakeholder processes and milestone trackers.
- Run regular stakeholder meetings to review milestone status and coordinate follow-ups to address gaps/issues.
- Support pricing, master data, brewing, planning, procurement, compliance, and design teams to meet project milestones.
- Conduct post-mortem investigations for items not launching on target; identify reasons and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain and accurately update the SKU library tracker for SKU movements (additions, deletions, facility transfers, geographic expansion).
- Communicate project changes or delays to relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee UPC creation, tracking, and library maintenance.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience with compliance, procurement, and data management.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Smart Sheet.
