Realty Project Coach

Position Summary

As a Realty Project Coach on the Walmart US Realty Execution team, you will manage store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the United States. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards while collaborating with store leadership and supervising hourly team members. The role requires frequent travel to project sites.

• Deliver store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the U.S.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Partner with store team leads to supervise hourly associates and handle escalations.
• Collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track and minimize operational impact.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for team members.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area; or 3 years of equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design.
• Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross‑functional teams.
• Shift: primarily night shifts averaging 10–12 hours.
• Frequent travel up to 1,000 miles; expected to be away from home 80% of the time or 17–21 days at a time.

Annual salary range: $60,000 – $110,000. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses and eligibility for stock options.
