Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Position Summary
Process semi-monthly payroll adjustments and corrections. Communicate with store and HQ/Prineville personnel to assist with pay issues and concerns. Process wage attachments and daily final checks. Assist employees and managers with the time‑keeping system.
Primary Responsibilities- Process wage garnishments, child support orders, state and federal tax levies, and wage assignments.
- Complete and submit paperwork to agencies within state and federal guidelines.
- Send written communication to employees regarding wage attachments.
- Process daily final checks and adjustment payments based on pay period corrections.
- Collaborate daily with Store Management and Human Resources.
- Manage a high volume of phone calls regarding payments.
- Handle payroll cycle adjustments and corrections.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1–2 years of payroll processing experience required.
- Accurate 10‑key and keyboard skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with active listening ability.
- Willingness to adapt to an ever‑changing environment, organizational, process, and technology changes.
- Stakeholder‑focused approach: anticipate needs, collaborate, and deliver solutions.
- Ability to establish rapport, work well with co‑workers, and fulfill team responsibilities.
