About Abacus
Abacus Wealth Tech is redefining how wealth is monitored and managed. We track billions in assets across private clients, family offices, and registered investment advisors — combining institutional-grade infrastructure with a true white-glove service layer.
We are building the modern operating system for wealth oversight, partnering with the world's leading custodians, data providers, and advisory firms. Our work sits at the intersection of finance, technology, and trust.
The RoleWe are hiring Customer Success Managers to own the post-sale relationship with our growing roster of advisors, family offices, and private clients. You will be the trusted partner who ensures every client gets full value from the Abacus platform — from the first day of onboarding through every quarterly review.
This is a high-ownership role in a fast-moving company. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, White Glove, and Engineering to deliver a category-defining experience.

- Drive product adoption, identify expansion opportunities, and protect against churn
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and surface insights that improve the platform
- Partner with Engineering and Product to translate client feedback into the roadmap
- Coordinate with the White Glove team on complex client requests and reporting cycles
- Develop and maintain customer health metrics and account-level success plans
- 3+ years in a customer success, account management, or relationship management role at a B2B SaaS company
- Experience working with financial services, wealth management, or fintech clients is a strong plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication; you can run a polished client conversation with a CIO and a junior analyst in the same meeting
- High EQ and strong instincts for when a client is happy, frustrated, or quietly slipping away
- Comfort with ambiguity — you can build a process where none exists yet
- Bias toward action and ownership
- Sophisticated client base — you will work with advisors and family offices managing real institutional wealth
- Senior leadership exposure from day one
- A team that values craft, discretion, and quiet excellence
