I opened my agency in 2015 after starting my career in advertising sales and later being recruited by State Farm. I grew up on a cattle ranch in Lakeview and graduated from the University of Oregon, experiences that shaped a strong work ethic, adaptability, and appreciation for teamwork. I’m a parent to three daughters, and our family loves skiing — something that carries into our office culture with planned team ski days and shared experiences outside of work.

Our team of three operates closely and takes pride in moving fast, working smart, and supporting one another every step of the way.

Community involvement is a big part of who we are. We actively sponsor youth athletic teams and support our local Catholic church and community initiatives. • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
