RLC specializes in the placement and finishing of Portland Cement Concrete (PCC), installation of polyester polymer concrete (PPC), asphaltic plug joints, and other pavement maintenance work.
RLC has four full-service office & shop facilities in Oregon:
Bend, Coburg, Hillsboro, and Medford. We have a workforce of over 150 team members and a large contingency of concrete paving and support equipment. All are dedicated to our mission statement, which is to be “the contractor of choice.”
Roger Langeliers Construction Co. is looking for an experienced Concrete Laborer to join our team. Requirements- At least 1 year of proven experience as a Concrete Laborer (preferred)
- Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as concrete mixers.
- Familiarity with power tools used in concrete work.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and practices, including knowledge of OSHA regulations related to concrete work.
- Effective communication with team members, supervisors, and clients to understand project requirements and coordinate tasks accordingly.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and adapt to different project environments.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and professionalism in all aspects of the job.
