• Collaborating with team members to safely unload shipments of doors, supplies, and materials.
• Moving, organizing, and staging materials around the construction site to facilitate ongoing work.

• Assisting with basic site cleanup and ensuring materials are ready for use to maintain a safe and organized work environment.

• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs consistently and stamina for demanding outdoor work.
• A strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality to contribute effectively to the team.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Prior experience on a commercial construction site is a plus but not required.
