• Deliver outstanding customer service to each K1 Speed visitor.
• Manage and execute races carefully and safely, ensuring they start and end on time.
• Keep the track clean and well-maintained at all times.
• Lift items as required for track operations.
• Stand for extended periods while engaging with guests.
• Enthusiastically educate guests on safety protocols before they hit the track.
• Assist guests with fitting safety gear for an optimal karting experience.
• Ensure races are conducted safely, maximizing fun for all participants.
• Efficiently handle the loading, unloading, and charging of karts.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation is essential.
• Weekend availability is mandatory!
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Comfortable speaking in front of large groups.
• Follow all company policies and procedures diligently.
• Willing and able to operate karts daily.
• Remain composed under pressure and respond effectively to safety concerns.
