Service Representative

Camping World is excited to welcome a dedicated Service Representative to our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of customer service, initiating and processing requests for repair services while providing essential administrative support to the Service Department. You will play a vital role in keeping our customers informed about their service progress.

• Identifying specific product needs and services by engaging directly with customers.
• Recommending additional services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Providing accurate price estimates for services prior to scheduling appointments.
• Maintaining clear communication with customers regarding the status of their service work.

• Preferred minimum of one year of experience in a service role.
• A background in RV products or a passion for the camping lifestyle.
• Proficient in computer usage and able to conduct internet research as necessary.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a strong ability to follow up on tasks.
• Understanding and adherence to department policies and procedures.
• A valid driver's license is preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Capability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for extended periods.

The compensation for this role is comprehensive, taking into account various factors such as skill sets, experience, training, and organizational needs. The estimated total annual compensation (base pay plus potential commissions) ranges from $50,000 to $75,000 or more, with additional uncapped commission opportunities.
