As a Customer Service Representative
- State Farm Agent Team Member with Blake Ettestad
- State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will build insurance expertise while directing calls, resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

• Provide efficient front-line support by answering phones and directing or resolving inquiries.
• Help with resolving billing problems or misunderstandings

• Spanish-speaker preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
