Director of Operations

Inter Dent Service Corporation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to lead operational performance, team development, and patient care excellence across our Central Oregon region.

This field‑based leadership role offers the opportunity to support a growing network of practices while making a meaningful impact on the communities we serve through both traditional fee‑for‑service dentistry and innovative value‑based care programs.

Inter Dent Service Corporation provides comprehensive dental support and administrative services to more than 175 dental practices and supports over 400 dentists across eight states. Through our family of brands — including Gentle Dental®, Blue Oak Dental®, and Capitol Dental Care® — we are committed to delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered oral healthcare.

A key part of this role includes supporting and partnering with Capitol Dental Care (CDC), Inter Dent’s pioneering value‑based dental care organization in Oregon.
