We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our clinic in Sisters, Oregon
. This role is best suited for a confident, well‑rounded clinician who values autonomy and thrives in an independent practice setting.

This position offers a unique opportunity to practice in a solo‑provider environment during your scheduled clinic sessions
. While the clinic is home to two providers, each maintains independent coverage during their respective schedules. This structure requires a provider who is:

• Clinically confident across a broad scope of primary care
• Comfortable with independent decision‑making and problem‑solving
• Adaptable and efficient in managing a full patient panel
• Committed to delivering thoughtful, relationship‑driven care

You’ll be supported by a strong clinical team and have access to the broader High Lakes and Praxis network for collaboration, but your day‑to‑day practice will require a high degree of autonomy and clinical ownership.

• $140,000 base salary + production compensation: $160,000 - $180,000 annually
• 36 patient hours over a 4‑day work week + 1/2 day admin –
  protect your work‑life balance
• Up to $15,000 Sign on/ Relocation bonus

• 100% outpatient practice with strong administrative support

• Currently licensed Physician Assistant (PA)
• Preferred: 2 - 3 years of Primary Care experience as a licensed PA
• Required:
  
  Passion for Primary Care
• Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients
• Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
• Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications
• In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Respect for patient's confidentiality
• Compassionate and approachable
• Responsible and trustworthy
• Attend work regularly and on time

• While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
• The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch.
• The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Work Environment:
  Combination of medical office and exam/procedure room settings.

This position performs tasks that involve exposure to blood, body fluids and/or tissues. All employees performing these duties are offered the opportunity to receive the Hepatitis‑B vaccination series.
