This community hospital maintains a steady surgical schedule supported by a small, collaborative anesthesia team. Clinicians work independently across a diverse mix of surgical specialties, including general surgery, orthopedic, urology, ophthalmology, OB/GYN, ENT, pain management, and endoscopy cases. The facility operates under an autonomous CRNA practice model with organized perioperative workflows designed to support quality patient care delivery.

Tillamook, Oregon, offers a range of outdoor and cultural attractions suited to a variety of interests. Visitors may explore Cape Meares Lighthouse, Cape Lookout State Park, and the Tillamook Air Museum, or take advantage of over 800 miles of navigable waters for kayaking, as well as opportunities for crabbing, clamming, and fishing. Clinicians begin early in the morning with scheduled OR cases and conclude by mid-afternoon, transitioning into a rotating call schedule covering evenings and overnight hours every third weeknight and every fourth weekend. The caseload encompasses general surgery, orthopedics, urology, ophthalmology, ENT, OB/GYN, pain management, and endoscopy procedures. Proficiency in regional anesthesia techniques including spinals, epidurals, and blocks is required. The daily workflow is predictable, with three ORs in operation and a small team on site.
