Job SummaryThe Psychology Program at OSU-Cascades invites applications for one or more fixed‑term, non‑tenure‑track Instructor positions to teach undergraduate Psychology courses on a term‑by‑term basis. The position is located on the Bend campus. Appointees may be reviewed for renewal or transition to a permanent instructional position at the discretion of the Dean of Academic Affairs.
Key Responsibilities- Teach undergraduate Psychology courses term‑by‑term.
- Administer course assessments and continuously improve teaching effectiveness.
- Advise students, hold office hours, and maintain records.
- Master’s degree in Psychology or a related field.
- Curriculum Vitae, cover letter, teaching philosophy statement, and three professional references.
- Demonstrated ability to design, teach, and assess courses that support inclusive learning principles and promote equitable teaching practices.
- PhD or terminal degree in Psychology or a related field.
- Teaching experience at the college or university level.
- Strong commitment to undergraduate education, equity, and student service.
