Instructor Pool – 2025/2026 and Fall Term 2026:
Hospitality Management
The Hospitality Management program at OSU – Cascades invites applications for fixed‑term, non‑tenure‑track full/part‑time Instructor positions for the 2025‑2026 academic year and Fall Term 2026. Some appointments may be reviewed for renewal or transition to a permanent instructional role on an annual basis at the discretion of the Senior Associate Dean.
Location: Bend, Oregon.
Start dates: September 16, 2025;
December 16, 2025;
March 16, 2026; or September 16, 2026.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeach courses term‑by‑term within the following disciplines (95% of time):
- Hospitality
- Hospitality Management
- Business
Complete course assessment processes and continually improve teaching effectiveness.
Participate in advising and mentoring students (5% of time) by advising, holding office hours, maintaining required records and completing minor administrative tasks.
QualificationsRequired: Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
- PhD or terminal degree in one of the listed fields (preferred).
- College or university‑level teaching experience.
- Strong commitment to undergraduate education and equity.
- Demonstrated ability to design, teach and assess courses that support inclusive learning principles and promote equitable teaching practices.
