Applications will be considered throughout the 2025‑2026 academic year and Fall Term 2026 as opportunities become available.

The Business Program at Oregon State University Cascades in Bend, Oregon invites applications for one or more fixed‑term, non‑tenure‑track instructor positions to teach marketing courses on a term‑by‑term basis for the 2025‑2026 academic year and Fall Term 2026. The position is located in Bend, Oregon. Instructors may be needed to teach undergraduate courses in Marketing. Anticipated start dates are September 16 2025;
December 16 2025;
March 16 2026; or September 16 2026.

• Teach marketing courses term‑by‑term.
• Complete course assessment processes and continuously improve teaching effectiveness.
• Advise students, maintain office hours, record keeping, and minor administrative tasks.

• Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field (required).
• Teaching experience at the college or university level.
• Strong commitment to undergraduate education and student equity.

• PhD or terminal degree in a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to design, teach, and assess courses that support inclusive learning principles.
• Experience promoting equitable teaching practices.
