Admissions Coordinator; two positions

The Admissions Coordinator position coordinates College admissions and recruiting services and represents the College by traveling to and participating in recruiting events both on and off campus.

• As directed, coordinate all high school outreach and recruiting initiatives:
  • Visit in-district high schools on a regular schedule promoting the College to students and developing working relationships with high school counseling and future center staff;
  • Assist students through the enrollment process (e.g. account activation, application, scholarships)
  • Participate in area high schools career days, special workshops for student clubs and associations, and related events.
  • Other recruiting events not listed above but in line with the College’s recruitment and marketing plan.
• Register, coordinate and participate in national, regional, and state college fairs in-district, out-of-district order state, and out-of-state, as assigned. As directed, visit out of area high schools, both in and out of the state; approximately six to eight weeks per year.
