Sprouts Montessori of Bend is seeking a mission-driven toddler guide to lead our new Sprouts House Young Children’s Community in Bend, Oregon. The role centers on expanding infant and toddler offerings and guiding a nurturing Montessori environment for 6 weeks to 6 years children.
Compensation is $52,000 per year for a 7.5 hour workday, plus 40 hours PTO, five scheduled weeks off, a 401(k), a health stipend, paid professional development, and a child tuition waiver.
