We’re looking for a Regulatory & Environmental Compliance Specialist who wants to be in the mix, working cross-functionally, solving real problems, and ensuring our products and operations meet the highest regulatory and environmental standards globally.
This isn’t a “paper-pushing” compliance role. You’ll be a trusted partner across Manufacturing, R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams, translating complex regulations into practical, workable solutions that protect people, products, and the planet.

This position is based at our Bend, Oregon headquarters, with periodic domestic and international travel, and reports directly to the Senior Director, Global Regulatory Affairs.
Job Description What You’ll DoAs a Regulatory & Environmental Compliance Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products, facilities, and operations comply with environmental, health, and safety requirements, while helping the business move forward responsibly.
You will:- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations related to waste management, emissions, chemical handling, and required reporting
- Monitor, interpret, and clearly communicate evolving regulatory and environmental requirements
- Support regulatory submissions, registrations, renewals, and documentation for products, ingredients, and manufacturing activities in collaboration with global teams
- Partner closely with Manufacturing, R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain to embed compliance into processes, procedures, and product development
- Maintain accurate regulatory records, permits, certifications, and compliance documentation
- Support internal and external audits, inspections, and regulatory inquiries, including preparation and follow-up actions
- Track regulatory changes and assess potential business impacts, risks, and mitigation strategies
- Help develop training materials and educate employees on regulatory and environmental compliance expectations
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen compliance systems, reduce risk, and enhance sustainability performance

- 2–5+ years of experience in regulatory affairs, environmental compliance, EHS, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Biology, Regulatory Affairs, or a related discipline
- Working knowledge of U.S. and international regulatory frameworks (e.g., EPA, FIFRA, EU regulations, environmental permitting)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and organizational skills
- Ability to interpret regulations and translate them into practical, business-ready guidance
- Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
