Location: Bend, OR Wage: $25 per hour
Project Engineer InternThe Project Engineer Intern is responsible for supporting the project management and project engineering teams while collaborating with colleagues to complete a project throughout the internship. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Completing jobsite documentation (RFIs, change orders, ASIs, supplemental design documentation, QA/QC, submittals, etc.)
- Managing jobsite logistics, including office supplies and badging/orientation paperwork
- Coordinating deliveries of equipment and materials
- Assisting with assembling estimates and budgets
- Supporting subcontractor and vendor management
- Attending project meetings and preparing meeting notes as needed
- Writing and tracking purchase orders and subcontracts
- Assisting with craft productivity tracking
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn and apply technical concepts quickly
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate professionally with colleagues, customers, and suppliers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Project)
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
